You will receive an email from us to select either pick-up or delivery of your LYTE bike.

Within the Bristol area with the following postcodes: BS1, BS2, BS3, BS4, BS5, BS6, BS7, BS8, BS9, BS10, BS13, BS14, BS15, BS16, BS34. 
Or if you live or work outside of this area, you can collect from our pick up point at Future Leap Hub, 1-3 Gloucester Rd, Bishopston, Bristol BS7 8AA.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime up to five days before your subscription is due to renew. 

Damage

We provide free service and repairs within 48 hours or less. You need to report any damage to use within 24 hours of it happening.

Theft

If someone steals your LYTE bike, provided that you have followed the storage rules* and you report the theft within 24 hours, we will replace your bike and help you file a police report and insurance report.

Emergency travel expense

To help you get to your destination, even if one of those rare and unfortunate mechanical issues happens or if you suffer an injury, we’ll cover up to £200 per claim to help you complete your journey and or to recover your LYTE bike.

*Storage Rules

Cover applies when the following rules are followed:

- Theft from home – the Electric Bike is kept at home in a private storage location and is secured in a locked location.

- Theft away from home – the Electric Bike must be secured to an immovable object using the provided Gold Sold Secure rated lock in a private storage location. A private storage location is a secure locked location.

- Theft away from home and not abandoned – the Electric Bike can be locked to an immovable object in a public location using the provided Gold Sold Secure rated lock, however the Electric Bike must not be left unattended by the Renter in a public storage location for more than 24 hours.
